Skoda Price Hike From October 2026: Up To Rs. 20,000

Skoda Auto India will revise prices across its entire model range from October 1, 2026. The company has announced an increase of up to 1.2 percent at the ex-showroom level, subject to a maximum hike of Rs. 20,000.

The exact increase will vary depending on the model and variant. Skoda has attributed the revision to higher input and operational costs.

Skoda India price hike: Model-wise details

The current Skoda India range comprises the Kylaq, Slavia, Kushaq and Kodiaq. While the company has announced the maximum percentage increase and overall cap, model- and variant-specific revised prices have not yet been disclosed.

The potential maximum increase based on the announced 1.2 percent hike is as follows:

The maximum possible hike figures are calculated at 1.2 percent of the current ex-showroom prices, subject to Skoda’s Rs. 20,000 cap. Actual model- and variant-wise increases may be lower.

Slavia facelift launch scheduled for October 6

The price revision comes shortly before the Skoda Slavia facelift is scheduled to be launched in India on October 6. Production of the updated sedan has already commenced at Skoda’s Chakan facility, while bookings are currently open.

The upcoming facelift will therefore enter the market shortly after the company’s latest price revision takes effect.

Skoda had raised prices earlier this year

This is not Skoda’s first price revision in 2026. The company had increased prices for the Slavia, Kylaq and Kushaq in January.

The Slavia received an increase of up to Rs. 34,000, while prices of the Kylaq went up by as much as Rs. 19,000. The Kushaq received an increase ranging between Rs. 5000 and Rs. 7000.

The latest revision comes ahead of the festive season, when manufacturers typically see increased demand. Several other carmakers have also announced price increases in recent months.
