Tata Aeris Launch On 25th September, Tigor Facelift Gets A New Name

Tata will launch the Aeris on 25th September and this is a heavily updated version of the Tigor. It will share its platform with the Tiago and compared to the Tigor, it will get sleeker headlamps with LED units, LED fog lamps and LED DRLs. It will also get a connecting LED tail lamp unit.

The Tata Aeris is also expected to come with new wheels, new grille and new colour options including this purple shown in the teaser. On the inside, we can expect the Aeris to get a feature list similar to that of the recently launched Tiago facelift.

Under the hood, the Tata Aeris will get the same 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine shared with the Tiago. It will come with petrol and CNG options, along with MT and AMT. An electric version of the Aeris is also likely to be in the offing.
