Mahindra has unveiled the Vision T SUV concept at its Global Vision 2027 event in Mumbai. Mahindra based the rugged five-door SUV on the brand’s new NU_IQ modular multi-energy platform and positioned it below the upcoming Thar ROXX. It aims at both lifestyle buyers and serious off-roaders with an expected price range of Rs. 12 to 22 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Vision T showcases Mahindra’s evolved ‘Heartcore’ design language with upright proportions and bold detailing. Its front fascia features a wide multi-slot grille, distinctive curved LED DRLs, a high-set bonnet, and a chunky bumper with a bright tow hook. The side profile carries flat body panels, squared wheel arches, large all-terrain tyres, and a contrasting black roof, while the rear sports vertical LED tail lamps and a spare wheel mounted on the tailgate.
Inside, the Vision T offers commanding seating, a spacious flat-floor cabin, and ample boot space. Mahindra will offer multiple powertrains, FWD or AWD layouts, and both left and right-hand-drive configurations, making it built for versatility. Mahindra plans to launch production-spec models derived from the Vision T starting in 2027, targeting both domestic and international markets.
