Tata Motors has revealed the complete pricing structure for the new Sierra SUV, with the model now officially starting at Rs. 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned in the midsize SUV space, the Sierra competes with established rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and the likes.
The base Smart+ trim is offered with both petrol and diesel engines, priced at Rs. 11.49 lakhs and Rs. 12.99 lakhs respectively. Above this sits the Pure line-up, which offers manual and automatic options for both engine types, with prices ranging from Rs. 12.99 lakhs to Rs. 15.99 lakhs. The Pure+ variants are priced between Rs. 14.49 lakhs and Rs. 17.49 lakhs depending on powertrain selection.
The Adventure trim includes three configurations – petrol manual, petrol automatic and diesel manual – priced between Rs. 15.29 lakhs and Rs. 16.79 lakhs. At the top of the range is the Adventure+, offered with petrol and diesel engines starting from Rs. 15.99 lakhs. This trim also introduces Tata’s more powerful 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine, priced at Rs. 17.99 lakh.
Powertrain choices include a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol producing 104 HP and 145 Nm, paired with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. The 1.5-litre diesel delivers 116 HP and up to 280 Nm depending on gearbox selection, with both manual and automatic options on offer. The performance-focused 1.5-litre turbo-petrol develops 158 HP and 255 Nm, available exclusively with an automatic transmission.
With the updated pricing and a wide spread of engines and variants, Tata aims to position the Sierra competitively across multiple customer segments within the midsize SUV market.
