Tata has been spotted testing the Punch facelift in India. Important details, including styling tweaks and certain feature additions, are revealed by the facelift. Expect the Punch facelift to launch sometime in the coming festive season.
The styling of the Tata Punch receives minor changes. There were revised front bumpers and LED headlights, observable from the camouflaged test mule. As a result, the Punch should look more mature than before.
The interior will undergo a major update as it features a redesigned dashboard. The photos reveal that there will be a floating 10.25-inch infotainment system, a 2-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, and a digital driver’s display. We expect the Punch to also get features like ventilated seats, boosting its convenience.
The facelifted Punch is expected to retain the same engines and transmission as the outgoing model. The current Punch is powered by a 1.2 NA petrol engine producing 86 HP and 113 Nm. There is also the iCNG variant, which uses the same engine but produces 73.4 HP and 103 NM of torque.
The transmission options include a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. All the additions may increase the pricing of the facelifted Punch.
