Tata Altroz Facelift Launched, Gets Styling Changes & Available In Four Trims

Tata has launched the Altroz facelift and revealed the introductory price. The Altroz facelift is priced at Rs. 6.89 Lakh (ex-showroom). The premium hatchback is offered in petrol, diesel and CNG options. Tata will commence bookings for Altroz on June 2, 2025.

Variants

Tata offers the Altroz in four trims, i.e. Smart, Pure, Creative, and Accomplished. The mid-spec Pure and Creative variants get a sunroof, making them appear more premium. Tata offers the top-spec Accomplished +S only in petrol and DCT combination while providing an AMT option for the Pure, Creative, and Accomplished S petrol variants.

Styling

Tata introduces revised styling cues to the Altroz facelift, including new front and rear bumper designs, new LED headlights, and DRLs. Additionally, it also features revised 16-inch alloy rims, flush-fitting illuminated door handles, and T-shaped LED taillights with a light bar. Tata offers the new Altroz in five colours, i.e. Dune Glow, Ember Glow, Pristine White, Pure Grey and Royal Blue.

Engine Options

Tata powers the Altroz facelift with the same powertrain combinations as before. The 1.2-litre petrol engine, producing 88 HP, is mated to a manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 1.5-litre diesel engine, producing 90 HP, is paired with a manual transmission.

The 1.2-litre CNG engine produces 74 HP, paired with a manual transmission. Tata has also introduced a 5-speed AMT in the petrol variant. The Altroz Racer’s 1.2-litre turbocharged 3-cylinder isn’t available on the facelift.

Features

The facelifted Altroz gets a long feature list, which includes convenient technology all throughout. There is a 2-spoke steering wheel similar to the Curvv, a 10.25-inch dual driver’s display and infotainment system and automatic AC. The long feature list also includes connected car tech, cruise control, an 8-speaker Harman audio system, and a 360-degree camera.

The Altroz also offers practicality with a bootspace of 345 litres, dropping to 210 litres with a CNG kit. The Altroz includes various safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS and EBD and holds a 5-star Global NCAP rating.
