Renault Triber Facelift Launched, Priced From Rs. 6.29 Lakhs

Renault Triber facelift arrives with new features, styling but unchanged engine

Renault India has rolled out the facelifted version of its Triber, marking the first significant update to the model since its debut in 2019. The refreshed Triber is now available at ex-showroom prices ranging from Rs. 6.29 lakhs to Rs. 9.16 lakhs, reflecting a price increase of Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 41,000 across variants.

The facelift brings a host of cosmetic enhancements and feature updates while maintaining the same engine configuration. Four new variants – Authentic, Evolution, Techno and Emotion, have been introduced under a revised naming structure.

Design and Exterior Updates

Visually, the updated Triber incorporates updated headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, a new gloss-black grille with bold diagonal elements and a redesigned front bumper featuring a larger air intake and updated fog lamp housings. The model also debuts Renault’s new retro-style diamond logo in the Indian market, a detail previously seen on the globally showcased Renault Boreal SUV.

Changes along the sides are minimal but include new 15-inch alloy wheels and gloss black door handles in place of chrome. At the rear, the MPV gets a blacked-out trim connecting the smoked LED tail-lamps. The new Renault logo replaces the prominent ‘TRIBER’ badging, which has been repositioned lower on the tailgate.

No Changes to Engine and Transmission

Mechanically, the 2025 Triber retains the 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 72 HP and 96 Nm of torque. The engine remains paired with a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. It also continues to be E20 fuel compliant. Despite previous speculation, no turbo-petrol version has been introduced.

The facelifted Triber does offer CNG compatibility on manual variants and comes with a standard three-year warranty.

This update appears aimed at keeping the Triber fresh in a competitive segment, balancing affordability with a touch of modern styling and familiar mechanical reliability.
