
Renault India has initiated a countrywide after-sales service campaign titled “Renault Summer Camp,” running from 19th May to 25th May, 2025. The initiative is being rolled out across all authorised Renault service centres in the country and is designed to help customers maintain their vehicles’ performance during the summer season.
As part of the service camp, Renault owners can bring in their vehicles for a detailed inspection by trained company technicians. The check-up includes essential maintenance areas such as battery health, fluid levels (including brake, power steering and coolant), indicator and hazard lights, air and cabin filters and other key components. A complimentary car top wash is also included in the service.

To enhance customer experience, the company will also host engagement activities at service centres, with giveaways promised for all visitors. These interactive sessions are intended to make vehicle servicing more customer-friendly and enjoyable.
The campaign reflects Renault India’s broader focus on customer satisfaction and ownership experience. The company views after-sales service not just as a maintenance function but as an opportunity to connect with customers and build long-term brand trust. With a current network of 580 service touch points, Renault continues to invest in strengthening its service infrastructure and customer outreach across India.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy that includes several customer-oriented programs such as extended warranty plans, roadside assistance, digital service tracking through the MY Renault app and mobile workshop services, aimed at offering convenience and peace of mind to Renault vehicle owners.
