Mahindra expands BE 6 Batman Edition allocation to 999 units with pre-bookings

Mahindra has announced that it will expand the allocation of its recently launched BE 6 Batman Edition SUV from the originally planned 300 units to 999 units. The special edition, developed in collaboration with Warner Bros, features unique Batman-inspired design touches both inside and outside the cabin.

Pre-bookings and availability

Pre-bookings for the BE 6 Batman Edition open today at 5 PM via Mahindra’s official website. Customers will be able to complete their booking payments of Rs. 21,000 starting August 23 at 11 AM. Deliveries are set to commence on September 20, aligning with International Batman Day.

Interestingly, Mahindra has introduced a feature allowing customers to select a preferred badge number between 001 and 999. However, these badge numbers are not exclusive, meaning multiple vehicles may share the same number.

Pricing and specifications

The BE 6 Batman Edition is based on the top-spec Pack Three variant and comes with additional cosmetic enhancements themed around the Batman universe. Priced at Rs. 27.79 lakh, it carries a premium of Rs. 89,000 over the Pack Three trim.

Future prospects

Mahindra has hinted that more limited-edition models may follow as part of its ongoing collaboration with Warner Bros, potentially arriving next year.
