Jeep Wrangler Willys’41 Special Edition Priced at Rs 73.16 Lakh

Jeep has introduced a special edition of the Wrangler lifestyle off-road SUV in India. Called the Jeep Wrangler Willys’41 Special Edition, this model comes with some exclusive design elements and adventure-ready upgrades at Rs 73.16 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The carmaker says its design pays tribute to “Jeep’s wartime legacy while embracing the comfort and innovation expected of a modern-day icon.” Only 30 units of this special edition will be sold nationwide.

Based on the Rubicon variant, the Jeep Wrangler Willys’41 special edition comes with an optional accessory package, worth Rs 4.56 lakh. It includes a sunrider rooftop, a side ladder with a roof carrier, power side steps, floor mats, grab handles and front and rear dash cams. This special edition is available in a new ’41 Green’ colour scheme. The cosmetic enhancements are inspired by the original 1941 Willys. It features an exclusive 1941 hood decal.

What’s under the hood?

The new Jeep Wrangler Willys’41 uses the same 2.0L, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. This motor generates a maximum power of 270bhp and 400Nm of torque. The SUV comes with the full-time 4X4 system.
