2026 Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift Launched, Priced From Rs. 13.69 Lakhs

Mahindra has introduced the updated 2026 Scorpio N in India with prices starting at Rs. 13.69 lakhs (ex-showroom). The latest update focuses on enhancing comfort, technology and convenience by introducing several new features while retaining the SUV’s proven mechanical package.

The refreshed Scorpio N now comes equipped with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster, replacing the smaller displays offered earlier. Mahindra has also added a panoramic sunroof and a 540-degree surround-view camera with a blind-view monitor, bringing the SUV closer to rivals in terms of feature offerings.

On the outside, the overall design remains largely unchanged. The Scorpio N continues with its upright stance, signature six-slat grille, LED projector headlamps, C-shaped daytime running lights, roof rails and muscular bodywork. The primary exterior update is a fresh set of 18-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels available on higher variants, while lower trims retain the previous wheel design. Buyers can choose from five exterior colour options: Everest White, Galaxy Grey, Oceanic, Stealth Black and Deep Forest.

Inside the cabin, Mahindra has introduced revised centre console controls along with a new 65W USB Type-C charging port for front occupants. Another addition is the Adventure Statistics display, which provides off-road related information such as roll and pitch angles, compass, altimeter, G-force and engine performance data.

The feature list continues to include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Adrenox connected car technology with Alexa integration, wireless phone charging, dual-zone automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, powered driver’s seat, Sony 12-speaker audio system, electronic parking brake and an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror on select variants. The Scorpio N remains available in both six-seat and seven-seat configurations.

Safety equipment includes six airbags, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, hill hold assist, hill descent control, all-wheel disc brakes, driver drowsiness alert and ISOFIX child seat anchors. The top-spec Z8L variant continues to offer Level 2 ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, high beam assist and smart pilot assist.

Under the hood, there are no mechanical changes. The SUV continues with the 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 203 HP and up to 380 Nm, depending on the transmission. The 2.2-litre diesel engine remains available in two outputs, with the more powerful version generating 175 HP and up to 400 Nm in automatic form. Both engines are paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

Rear-wheel drive remains standard across the range, while Mahindra’s 4XPLOR four-wheel-drive system continues to be available on select diesel variants. The system retains shift-on-the-fly functionality along with terrain modes for Snow, Mud & Ruts and Sand. Diesel models also continue to offer Zip, Zap and Zoom drive modes.

With the 2026 update, Mahindra has concentrated on improving the Scorpio N’s equipment list while leaving its design and powertrain largely unchanged. The additional technology and convenience features strengthen its appeal for buyers looking for a body-on-frame SUV with modern amenities.
