Hyundai India has officially unveiled the new generation Venue ahead of its scheduled launch on November 4, 2025. The updated compact SUV receives significant exterior and interior enhancements while retaining its existing engine options. Bookings are now open at authorised Hyundai dealerships and the brand’s official website for a token amount of Rs. 25,000.
The refreshed Venue is slightly larger than its predecessor, 48 mm taller and 30 mm wider, lending it a more commanding road presence. The exterior makeover includes quad-beam LED headlamps, twin-horn LED DRLs, horizon LED tail lamps, a dark chrome front grille and bridge-type roof rails. Hyundai has also introduced a new ‘HX’ variant nomenclature, along with fresh design elements like C-pillar garnish and a bold ‘Venue’ badge on the tailgate.
Inside, the new Venue receives a comprehensive revamp. Key highlights include a dual 12.3-inch display setup for the instrument cluster and infotainment system, dual-tone leather upholstery, ambient lighting, a D-cut steering wheel, four-way powered driver seat, two-step reclining rear seats, rear window sunshades and rear AC vents for enhanced comfort.
Under the hood, the Venue continues to offer three familiar powertrains – the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (TGDi) and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel. Transmission choices include 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic and dual-clutch (DCT) options. Power and torque outputs remain unchanged across the range, with the turbo-petrol unit delivering 118 BHP and 172 Nm, the 1.2 petrol producing 82 BHP and 113 Nm and the diesel engine generating 114 BHP and 250 Nm.
With its updated design, premium cabin and continued mechanical reliability, the new Hyundai Venue aims to strengthen its position in the fiercely competitive compact SUV market.
