Nissan is set to launch a special edition of the Magnite during the upcoming festive season. The brand released the teaser, suggesting it will be the Kuro edition. The word “Kuro” means black in Japanese, reflecting the edition’s dark styling.
We expect the Magnite Kuro edition to feature a black exterior with matching dark-themed interior elements. It will have a bold presence featuring a black front grille, roof rails, and alloy wheels. Black trim will likely complete the stealthy appearance of the interior.
As seen in the standard Magnite lineup, the Kuro edition will likely offer two engine options. The 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine produces 71 HP and 96 NM of torque. The engine will pair with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT.
For a sportier drive, the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine delivers 99 HP and 152 NM of torque. This variant comes with a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox option. This festive season, the Kuro edition aims to blend style, features, and performance.
The edition based on the top variant may offer several premium features for buyers. These include a 360-degree camera, automatic climate control, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The height-adjustable driver’s seat will add to the comfort and convenience.
